    Now that Ernest Coffee is using Ceremonial Matcha, they have, quite frankly, beat their competitor right down the street. Not mentioning any names here.., it's not that serious ..: But ! The taste difference is night & day and now I'm a bigger devotee of Ernest Coffee than I was before Thank YOU Ernest :-))

    Made a pit stop to grab some coffee before making the trek back out to L.A. It's a great coffee shop to get some work done and get your caffeine fix out in Palm Springs. I ordered an iced lavender vanilla latte with four shots and it was perfect to get me fired up for the drive home!

    Stopped one morning while visiting Palm Springs. I luckily caught a little window where it wasn't busy when I got in, but there was a pretty long line by the time I got my order. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but I could see it getting a little loud inside if it was busy. The outdoor seating is great though when the weather is nice. I ordered a latte, which was quite good. They have so many homemade syrup options, which to me makes a huge difference in taste and quality if you like flavored drinks. I did not try any food this time, but they had a nice assortment of pastries. This will definitely stay on my list of preferred coffee shops in Palm Springs when I visit.
